Qigong is an easy movement, intention, and breath focused practice. Dr. Catherine's group classes focus on seasonal health and stress reduction and are open to all levels and abilities - current class descriptions are below. One-on-one Qigong instruction allows for direction to improve your practice, or to develop a routine that addresses specific wellness concerns.

Mentorship sessions are an opportunity to deep dive into a particular topic of interest. Looking to better understand the Nine Palaces, the Extraordinary Vessels, or the healer's journey? Need guidance with relationship, career, financial struggles, or a specific patient case that has you stymied? Prepare for a laughter-filled, spirit honoring discussion to help set your feet, your heart, and your intention to move forward with grace. Up to 3 people are allowed per session.

Welcome to the HEAT of summer! Let's practice COOLING exercises and cover seasonal survival tips from Chinese Medicine while also “clearing away the cobwebs” of tension and stress. Open to students of ALL abilities! 4 PD hours available for live attendance through NCCAOM.
